Pewsey Information Point
Open 10am - 12pm Monday to Friday
An Information Point run by volunteers has opened in Pewsey funded by Kennet District Council in partnership with Voluntary Action Kennet. VAK's Chief Officer Margaret West said "It provides a much needed resource for the Pewsey Community Area."
Whether a person wishes to know where they can donate furniture, to look at homes@kennet, to collect hygiene bags for doggy doods or wish to know who to contact at Wiltshire County Council and much more the volunteers will sign post people or give them the address or contact information.
Supported by the Marlborough Information Point it will save people a longer journey. Access to the Pewsey Information Point is via the old Co-op Car Park in Phoenix Square, Pewsey and is currently open Monday Thursday mornings whilst more volunteers are sought and trained.
Access Pewsey Information Point by dropping in, by ringing 01672 564364 or email your question to pewseyip@voluntary-action-kennet.org.uk.
We still need volunteers to help run the service and anyone with a regular morning or afternoon to spare should contact Judy on 01672 564140.
